Job summary

Candidates should have 5–8+ years in enterprise IT project management, experience with infrastructure and software deployment, and the ability to obtain U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing infrastructure, endpoint services, and software deployment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Ability to obtain/hold U.S. government security clearance.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate communication among technical and business stakeholders.
• Track and report project performance against milestones and deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and change control processes.
• Provide leadership to ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of technology initiatives.
