Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to develop plans, oversee IT projects, and drive results across departments. You will define scopes, manage budgets, monitor progress, and ensure milestones align with ROI targets.

You’ll collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, review proposals, and lead audits to uphold enterprise standards while protecting margins and timelines. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, CS, or related field.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure incl. servers, routers, software deployment, cabling.
• Advanced MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Minimum 2 years of professional enterprise system management experience.
• Ability to coordinate a diverse team and monitor progress.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive scopes of work, resource requirements, and aggressive but achievable timelines for enterprise-scale IT projects.
• Review technical proposals and establish robust SOWs and contracts protecting company and customer interests.
• Direct project budget development and administration, ensuring ROI targets and financial KPIs.
• Lead project audits and QA protocols to meet enterprise standards.
• Work directly with customers to align outcomes with business goals and act as primary escalation point.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Oversee external vendors and partners to ensure timelines are met.
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues before impacting the critical path.
• Manage the change order process to protect margins and timelines.
• Facilitate high-level status meetings and deliver data-driven reports to stakeholders.
