Job summary

Mercor is seeking an IT Services & Consulting Expert for a remote contract role. The candidate will lead enterprise consulting engagements, shape multi-stakeholder strategies, and drive delivery across Fortune 500 clients.

You will own SOW reviews, budgets, and procurement cycles, and apply Agile/SAFe delivery methods using tools like Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and PMO platforms to create reference engagement plans and executive deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services in Fortune 500 environments.
• Direct ownership of F500 client engagements or transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tooling, plus understanding budgets, procurement, and SOW review.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise consulting scenarios spanning $1M+ engagement values with multi-stakeholder steering committees and complex SOW/procurement cycles at F500 accounts.
• Build consulting tasks across digital transformation strategy, systems integration, managed services delivery, IT advisory, and technology change management.
• Develop delivery and engagement scenarios involving tools such as Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise PMO platforms in F500 client environments.
• Apply enterprise consulting methodologies (Agile/SAFe delivery, business case development, RACI/governance models) and produce reference engagement plans, account strategies, and executive-level deliverables.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise consulting judgment from generic framework recall.

• Direct ownership of F500 client engagements , F500 delivery programs , or F500 transformation initiatives .
• Fluency in enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tooling, plus understanding of how F500 budgets , procurement, and legal/SOW review actually work.
• Preferred • Prior rubric, consulting-enablement curriculum, or training-content authorship is a plus.
