The University of Dayton is seeking an IT Client Services Systems Analyst responsible for providing exceptional customer support to faculty and staff. The role requires strong expertise in Active Directory, managing technical systems, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or five years of IT customer support experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory architecture and administration.
• Ability to configure and manage workstations with management tools.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in supporting university staff with technical systems.

• Travel between offices and campus locations as needed.
