Job summary

Kforce is seeking an IT Corporate Applications Manager for a hybrid role in Sioux City, IA. You will lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise applications, with a focus on COTS platforms and vendor-driven solutions.

You will drive the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment, mentor teams, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable systems that improve efficiency and integration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years in enterprise applications support, implementation, or management.
• Proven track record with COTS and third‑party platforms.
• Experience overseeing full application lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Experience working with vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications, focusing on COTS and packaged software.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle: requirements gathering, evaluation, implementation, testing, deployment, upgrades, maintenance and support.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into scalable application solutions.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners; evaluate products and coordinate escalations.
• Coordinate resources across application projects and system changes.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, testing plans, and training materials.
• Provide leadership to development and support teams, mentoring and prioritizing work.
