Job summary

Windsor Gov in Windsor, CO is seeking an Application Systems Administrator in the IT Department to provide service-focused support for enterprise applications, handle service requests, incidents, changes, and releases, and collaborate with the IT Operations Supervisor.

The role requires at least five years of experience managing applications, strong knowledge of Windows and network environments, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams while adhering to PRIDE and EEO

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible work experience in the management of Applications.
• Two years of experience in the IT field using project change and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software, testing and deployment, and/or other relevant software products or programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience with technical project execution involving cross-functional teams, exposure to project management processes required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, system configuration, integration, change management, testing, implementation, and performance tuning for enterprise applications.
• Assist in designing, scripting, testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
• Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and manage service requests and incidents.
• Perform application releases to production following change management procedures.
• Create reports and write queries to support business teams.
