Job summary

Southern Company is seeking an Integration Developer focused on Hire to Retire processes and enterprise integrations. You will design, build, and support integrations across Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems, using OIC, API middleware, and data exchange technologies.

You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, implement secure and scalable integration solutions, and contribute to the development of automation, testing, and monitoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/MIS/engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years delivering enterprise software integrations.
• Experience with OIC and multiple integration platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations across HR Tech and enterprise systems.
• Configure adapters for Oracle HCM Cloud, REST, SOAP, and database sources.
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchange and monitor production integrations.
• Develop test plans for integration workflows and validate results.
• Create documentation and share knowledge with teams.
• Stay updated on new integration technologies and AI-assisted tooling.
