Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Senior Director of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program across IT, OT, product, and customer-facing domains. You will own the security strategy, governance, and risk management while reporting to the CIO and engaging the Audit & Risk Committee.

In this matrixed role, you will align streams, drive security standards, and oversee SOC operations, incident response, and audits across cloud, manufacturing, and SaaS environments, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior leadership in security across IT, OT, SaaS and product environments.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization with influence beyond direct reports.
• Expertise in governance, risk and compliance including external audits across cloud, manufacturing and SaaS contexts.
• Hands-on understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat management, secure SDLC, PKI and identity.
• Executive communication skills with experience presenting to Board-level audiences.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise security strategy, roadmap and operating model.
• Act as liaison between security and senior leadership, linking risk to business objectives.
• Maintain enterprise-wide security policies, standards and a common risk framework.
• Ensure cross-functional security teams are aligned and coverage gaps closed.
• Oversee SOC operations, incident response, red team and threat management.
• Oversee security compliance and audits across cloud, manufacturing and SaaS environments.
