Job summary

Valon is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex, enterprise deployments of ValonOS with a high-touch, client-facing model. You will align Deployment Strategy, Forward‑Deployed Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver outcomes quickly and safely.

You’ll own multi‑stakeholder programs, drive momentum, and safeguard timelines while landing enablement and adoption across customer teams. Hybrid work near NYC with ~25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in implementation management or similar roles delivering complex enterprise rollouts.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills in high-stakes settings.
• Relationship builder with executives and peers who earns trusted-advisor status.
• Able to scope work to a minimum viable path and make sound judgments under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan of record for enterprise deployments and monitor progress.
• Coordinate acrossDeployment Strategy, Engineering, Product and Operations to deliver outcomes.
• Be the primary client touchpoint and run executive cadence with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, change, risks, and dependencies across multiple vendors.
• Land enablement and adoption, driving user training and support readiness.
• Ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption and contingency plans.
• Contribute to the playbook and continuously improve deployment playbooks.
• Report progress and ensure milestones are met with clear governance.
