Cognizant’s Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice seeks an Information Security Specialist to strengthen RBAC and SoD governance within the WIAM program. The role focuses on design, implementation, and ongoing risk management across enterprise IAM initiatives.

You will drive identity capabilities (SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), coordinate with IAM architects and security teams, and report progress to executives as Cognizant expands its security program.

Formación

• 8+ years delivering complex IAM or security programs.
• Experience leading Okta implementations or migrations.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and identity governance.
• Strong governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Experience with non-human identities and secret management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the IAM roadmap and migration to Okta.
• Define identity capabilities including SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and vendors.
• Establish governance, milestones, KPIs, and exec updates.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage risks and blockers.
