TigerConnect, Inc. is hiring for an enterprise sales leader focused on healthcare.

You will develop executive relationships with CNOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders, and lead complex sales to large health systems and IDNs across the US. Join a fast-growing team driving value-based, strategic deals, coordinating with Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Product to demonstrate ROI and care workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota through strategic new-logos and enterprise account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships with C-suite and clinical/operational leaders.
• Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles from discovery through close.
• Position TigerConnect as an enterprise platform for clinical communication and care coordination.
• Create and manage a high-value enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting and cross-functional alignment.
• Accurately forecast complex deals and maintain timely CRM updates.
