Job Description and RequirementsThe Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst will support the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework through administration of GRC processes and systems, maintenance of GRC documentation, reporting and data management activities, and other enterprise risk management and compliance initiatives. In addition, will collaborate with and assist business units and stakeholders across the organization to support governance processes and end users of governance systems and workflows.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assist in supporting governance, risk, and compliance activities across various business units.Support the administration of governance, risk, and compliance workflows, records, and related processes, ensuring activities, decisions, and supporting information are accurately documented.Collaborate with business units to gather data and information supporting governance, reporting, and GRC administration activities.Assist in preparing GRC dashboards, reports, metrics, and management information.Administer user access to governance, risk, and compliance technologies, including processing approved access requests, assigning, modifying, and removing roles and permissions, and maintaining access and security group records.Participate in data quality reviews to promote the accuracy and consistency of governance, risk, and compliance information.Assist with maintenance of governance documentation, inventories, repositories, and related records to promote accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and appropriate retention of governance, risk and compliance information.Assist in coordinating project governance documentation and tracking activities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to GRC processes, reporting, and workflow management.Stay abreast of relevant industry trends, governance practices, and GRC best practices.All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).Requirements:High School Diploma or G.E.D.Less than one year of job-related experienceEffective oral and written communication skillsCritical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business unitsProficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office productsAbility to learn new technologies, business processes, and regulatory conceptsGeneral working knowledge of GRC principles and/or experience in credit unions, banking, or regulated industry a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
