Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Google Workspace Administrator for a 12-month contract in Washington, DC. Hybrid work model with about 10 days onsite per month.

You will maintain and optimize the Google Workspace environment, manage users and domains, and enforce security policies to ensure reliability and compliance. The role requires strong enterprise experience, coordination with Okta, CASB, and ServiceNow, and the ability to implement MFA, DLP, and other controls.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Google Workspace at scale in enterprise environments.
• Ability to implement and enforce security controls (MFA, DLP, device trust).
• Experience coordinating with identity/security tools (Okta, CASB) and service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Google Workspace environment including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat and Calendar.
• Manage users, groups, OU, and RBAC; enforce governance policies and records management.
• Coordinate integrations with Okta, CASB, and ServiceNow; provide training and documentation.
