Crown Bakeries seeks a Director of Food Safety & Quality Systems to lead the enterprise QMS governance, ensuring robust policies, standardized processes, supplier and customer quality management, and data-driven performance analytics across the organization.

The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Leadership to strengthen food safety, improve quality performance, and drive continuous improvement across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to food science or engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive Food Safety & Quality leadership within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, Preventive Controls, and GFSI standards.
• Experience building and governing enterprise Quality Management Systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise QMS.
• Lead supplier quality management, CAPA, risk assessment and internal audits.
• Translate customer feedback into enterprise and plant improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to raise quality performance and reduce risk.
