Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc seeks an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across banks, credit unions and consumer lenders, selling decisioning platforms for lending, risk, and fraud prevention. This fully remote role offers a base salary of $160,000–$170,000 with uncapped commissions, established PE-backed growth, and frequent collaboration with senior leaders; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech or lending technology sales experience.
• Proven track record selling to banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
• Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound plan for net-new revenue.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit teams.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signing.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and leadership teams to ensure outcomes.
