Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, GTM-driven Field Marketing Manager for the US East & South region.

You will lead strategic integrated marketing plans and account-based campaigns tailored to Enterprise accounts, driving pipeline and account growth across new logos and existing customers. You will partner with sales and channels, manage regional events, and optimize programs with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 8+ years in integrated B2B marketing, preferably strategic accounts field marketing.
• Proven success in field marketing campaigns and regional demand generation.
• Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of US East & Central strategic accounts buying dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing and ABM plans aligned with regional sales priorities.
• Act as strategic partner to regional sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Track and report on marketing activities and pipeline performance.
• Plan and manage regional events, tradeshows, webinars, and workshops.
• Develop account-based regional marketing campaigns for key accounts.
