Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking an Enterprise Engineering Manager (EEM) to lead a team of engineers and project managers, partnering with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions that drive growth and operational excellence.

The role focuses on reducing gaps, improving throughput, and transforming challenges into scalable, measurable opportunities across large Enterprise Accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of engineering, applications engineering, automation, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering advisor for Enterprise Accounts, building relationships with customer leadership across operations, engineering, procurement, and supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer performance, reduce costs, and expand Pregis' business.
• Partner with Enterprise Account teams to develop growth strategies, business cases, and ROI-based solutions.
• Lead the development and deployment of protective packaging and automation solutions.
• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
