Job summary

Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. We’re hiring a head of Enterprise engineering to lead the team responsible for Wispr’s Enterprise product. You’ll work directly with customers and GTM, and shape the roadmap to unlock large-scale deployments.

You will stay technically hands-on enough to guide architecture, unblock the team, and maintain credibility in high-stakes conversations with IT leaders and buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an enterprise software engineering org.
• Proven track record turning complex requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Ability to work with IT leaders and Fortune 500 buyers.
• Strong technical depth to guide architecture while delivering customer value.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-throughput Enterprise engineering team.
• Own and ruthlessly prioritize the roadmap across admin, security, platform, and new products.
• Work directly with IT leaders and buyers to uncover the real problem behind each request.
• Turn urgent deal blockers into durable product capabilities.
• Represent Wispr with technical depth and authority in high-stakes customer conversations.
• Stay close enough to the code to set direction, unblock the team, and earn technical trust.
