Job summary

TICO (Terminal Investment Corporation) seeks a Corporate Director of Environmental Health & Safety to lead EHS initiatives across all locations, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with executives and on-site leaders to balance business goals with effective risk reduction.

You will build safety culture, oversee risk management, investigations, and training, and serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Safety Engineering, EHS or related field.
• 8–10 years of industry experience with safety metrics.
• TWIC and valid driver’s license are required.
• CSP or ASP credentials are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS initiatives across locations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leaders to support safety objectives.
• Oversee safety investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Support DOT compliance including CMV/CDL files and testing.
• Coordinate training across locations including OSHA standards.
