Job summary

Boys Town is seeking an Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to drive document management and workflow optimization. The role supports business applications, translates needs into system solutions, and partners with technology teams to improve efficiency and compliance across enterprise processes.

The analyst will liaison with stakeholders, understand business objectives, and develop plans, training, and reports while ensuring secure, compliant operations. Office-based in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system analysis or equivalent.
• Experience gathering requirements, prioritizing, documenting, and developing plans.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Ticketing and/or ITIL processes required.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Liaise between end-users, vendors and IT personnel to translate requirements into workable solutions.
• Develop documentation outlining requirements, flows, security, design and testing plans.
