Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of enterprise desk/IT support experience.
• Experience configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows OS in a large network.
• HDI Analyst Certification and CompTIA A+ within stated deadlines; Microsoft/Apple certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside IT support and incident resolution.
• Own, track and resolve IT incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Communicate status updates to customers and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with software installation and maintenance across endpoints.
