Job summary

Planhat in New York is hiring a Deployment Strategy support role at the center of the team. You will assist the Director in building the structure that makes our Deployment Strategists effective: planning frameworks, renewal standards, portfolio reporting, and account intelligence.

You will work alongside Deployment Strategists on key accounts, learning in live environments and helping operate the Americas team rhythm.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or 1–2 years in startup, consultancy or fast-growth SaaS environments.
• Structured thinker who can break ambiguity into parts and recommend actions.
• Comfortable with data; understands CRM data models and data quality.
• Disciplined; delivers commitments without chasing.
• Credible in writing; communicates clearly to executives.
• Quick learner; able to grasp Planhat deeply and apply learnings.
• Self-directed; takes initiative with autonomy and accountability.
• Ambitious; seeks a career in enterprise customer strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director by building the operating rhythm of the Americas Enterprise team.
• Turn portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Help prepare account plans, renewal content, and stakeholder maps.
• Draft renewal materials and assist DS in live customer environments.
• Shadow Deployment Strategists on client conversations to learn the role.
• Progress toward transitioning into a Deployment Strategist with a portfolio.
