Job summary
Xerox Holdings Corporation, via its staffing division, seeks a Data Integration Manager / Enterprise Systems Lead to drive strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise system integrations across the organization. You will guide integration specialists, set technical standards, and align capabilities with business objectives, balancing hands-on guidance with program management.
The role requires strong leadership, deep middleware/iPaaS expertise, and experience with ERP/WMS/OMS
Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise systems integration & architecture
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in middleware/iPaaS (Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo)
- Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, OMS integrations
- Experience with EDI, API management, event-driven architectures
- Experience leading 3PL, carrier, or supply chain integrations
- Proven program management and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise integration architecture and roadmap
- Lead middleware and platform migrations and select integration technologies
- Oversee integrations across ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, and analytics
- Manage and mentor integration specialists and developers
- Drive data governance, data quality, and master data management
- Lead 3PL & partner integration programs and vendor negotiations
- Ensure 24/7 reliability of critical integration flows and incident management
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions
- Communicate roadmap and status to executives
