Job summary

Beacon Bank seeks a Principal Data Integration & Reporting Officer to own data integration, standardization, and trusted analytics across the organization. You will drive strategy, standards, and delivery of scalable data solutions, integrating current and legacy sources for analytics, AI, and management decisions.

You’ll lead governance of reporting architectures, partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations, and shape enterprise data foundations to enable advanced analytics and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years in enterprise data integration, reporting, analytics, or data warehousing.
• Experience with SQL development, relational databases, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Experience integrating data from multiple source systems, banking/FR data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration and standardization across source systems into enterprise data platform (Snowflake).
• Oversee onboarding of historical and legacy data into governed reporting environments.
• Direct resolution of data variances impacting management/operational reporting.
• Define standards for reporting datasets and governance of data quality.
