Accenture PLC is seeking a Data Strategy & Governance Manager to design and operationalize enterprise governance frameworks. You will translate data strategy into governance models that business and tech stakeholders adopt, author data policies, and drive cataloging and lineage tooling adoption across a regulated enterprise.

You will manage governance workstreams, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure data ownership, quality, access controls, and regulatory compliance are embedded in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data management or governance.
• Experience designing governance operating models and stewardship.
• Hands-on with data cataloging and lineage tooling.
• 5+ years of consulting or leading workstreams.
• Experience with regulatory/privacy compliance in enterprise data context.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (min 12 years of work).

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise data governance design across ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, and policy enforcement.
• Translate data strategy into adoptable governance operating models for analytics and AI.
• Establish governance structures with councils, data classifications, and access policies.
• Drive tooling adoption for cataloging, lineage, and data quality (Collibra, Alation, Purview).
• Ensure regulatory and privacy alignment for client industry.
• Manage governance workstreams and cross-functional teams with trusted stakeholders.
