State Street Corporation is seeking an execution-oriented Enterprise Data Governance Solution Lead to advance our enterprise Data Governance framework, standards, and controls.

This role focuses on translating enterprise data governance policies, standards, regulatory expectations, and control requirements into scalable business processes, platform capabilities, and adoption practices across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance and related disciplines.
• Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and controls.
• Experience with Collibra or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting regulatory remediation and risk initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate governance policies into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Partner with Business Unit Data Governance and Technology to define workflows and reporting.
• Develop designs to automate governance processes across the enterprise.
• Serve as SME for the data governance platform.
• Maintain a platform roadmap aligned to objectives and regulatory commitments.
• Define and prioritize platform enhancements, user stories, epics, and features.
• Collaborate with delivery teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Document requirements via business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Elicit requirements from senior stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology.
