Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data governance disciplines and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into actionable processes and tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate governance policies and regulatory requirements into detailed solution requirements.
• Partner with Business Unit Data Governance teams and Technology stakeholders to define workflows, controls, and reporting.
• Develop designs to improve governance processes across the enterprise through automation.
• Serve as SME for the enterprise Data Governance platform.
• Define and maintain a data governance roadmap aligned to objectives and regulatory commitments.
• Prioritize platform enhancements, user stories, epics, and feature requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams through design, development, testing and deployment.
