Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Strategy & Governance Manager to design and operationalize enterprise data governance frameworks. You will translate data strategy into governance models adopted by business and technology stakeholders.

Lead governance councils, define data classification and access policies, and drive adoption of cataloging and lineage tooling like Collibra, Alation, and Purview. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in data management, governance, or data strategy (cloud environments).
• Minimum 5 years designing and operationalizing governance frameworks and operating models.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with data cataloging and lineage tooling (Collibra, Alation, Purview).
• Minimum 5 years high-value consulting experience or equivalent leading workstreams.
• Minimum 3 years experience with regulatory and privacy compliance in enterprise data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, equivalent 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance design and implementation.
• Translate strategy into actionable governance operating models.
• Establish governance structures and policy enforcement.
• Drive governance tooling adoption (Collibra/Alation/Purview).
• Ensure regulatory and privacy alignment for client industry.
• Manage delivery and stakeholder relationships across teams.
