The role requires 3+ years in data governance, data quality, and analytics, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Collibra, and Informatica.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in data governance, data quality, and analytics.
• Experience translating requirements into data specifications and governance execution plans.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI measurements.
• Experience with JIRA or similar work-management tools to track items, owners, and risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of enterprise data governance standards, controls, and decision frameworks.
• Support Governance Operations, Platform, and JIRA activities including tracking and status reporting.
• Develop and improve governance metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and maturity measures.
• Track governance progress and value realization across initiatives and transformations.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and insights on governance progress, risks, and gaps.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements.
• Gather requirements and translate into actionable governance specifications and plans.
• Perform fit-gap, readiness, and risk assessments for data systems and processes.
• Bridge EDGT, domains, architecture, and execution teams for governance delivery.
• Collaborate with domain, architecture, platform, and business teams to sustain governance practices.
