Job summary

Intel is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Governance Team. You will drive data-driven decision making, translate governance decisions into actionable specifications, and develop governance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

You will collaborate with EDGT, domain owners, architecture, and platform teams to operationalize standards, track progress, and improve data quality and adoption across enterprise data domains in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as data science, information systems, or analytics.
• 3 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, and process improvement.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and support execution.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, or KPI measurements.
• Experience with JIRA or similar work-management tools.
• Ability to perform fit-gap analyses and readiness assessments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and adoption of enterprise data governance standards and controls.
• Manage JIRA activities: tracking work items, status, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Develop and improve data governance metrics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and maturity measures.
• Track governance progress and data quality outcomes during enterprise transformation.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on governance progress, risks, and actions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business improvements.
• Gather requirements and translate them into actionable governance specifications.
• Bridge EDGT, domains, architecture, and platform teams for sustained governance practices.
