Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. seeks a Data Management Support Officer to advance UMM data strategy, governance, quality, interoperability, and performance measurement. The role builds unified data frameworks across CI and HUMINT executors and advises senior stakeholders on modernization priorities.

The position coordinates with DoD and IC stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational objectives, oversees data-quality monitoring, and supports enterprise interoperability across environments.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in enterprise data management, governance, and quality.
• Proven ability to establish data frameworks, metadata standards, and performance measures.
• Experience with data-quality controls and cross-domain interoperability.
• Familiarity with CI/HUMINT operations, collection-management, and mission data.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain unified data frameworks, models, and standards.
• Develop and enforce data-governance policies addressing quality, security, and interoperability.
• Oversee data input/output to ensure accurate representation and reliable information.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, taxonomies, and documentation.
• Chair data-governance groups with DoD and IC stakeholders.
• Implement data-quality monitoring, cleansing, and continuous improvement.
• Enable cross-domain data exchange across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and other environments.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical products.
