Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Data Management Tool Administrator to ensure reliable, secure, and responsive operation of UMM tool infrastructure at our Reston site. You will administer access, dashboards, data models, and cross-domain flows while providing expert support to DIA stakeholders.

The role requires managing data ingestion, validation, and performance monitoring, plus coordinating with engineers and ISSE personnel to resolve complex issues and maintain continuity of service.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in enterprise data-management, BI, or mission-management platforms.
• Experience with user-account management, RBAC, permissions, configuration, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of DoD network environments and cross-domain solutions.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed users via ticketing and ITSM processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot, validate data ingestion, maintain dashboards, and document configurations.
• Understanding of Intelligence Community security and information-handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer UMM data-management tool infrastructure, user accounts, permissions, access controls, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Design, configure, test, maintain, and update dashboards reflecting real-time operational requirements.
• Develop data models supporting seamless data flows among operational forces and enterprise systems.
• Manage data flows between DIA DO, Services, CCMDs, and other systems.
• Test and validate data-ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and visualization processes.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and coordinate with engineers, ISSE, and stakeholders.
• Provide tier-two support to CONUS and OCONUS users with varying technical proficiency.
• Implement automated data-quality checks, monitoring, alerting, and corrective actions.
• Support UAT, gather feedback, document results, and maintain support materials.
