Job summary

USEReady Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Architect to shape enterprise data architecture for an Oil & Gas environment. You will work across SAP, modern cloud data platforms, integration, governance, analytics, and AI/GenAI, designing scalable and governed data solutions that support critical business operations.

The role emphasizes enterprise data modeling, architecture documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data governance and reliable data flow across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data architecture and modeling.
• 5+ years with SAP environments and non‑SAP architecture experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, Fabric, Databricks or similar platforms.
• Strong ETL/ELT, APIs, integration architecture, data governance & MDM.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and AI agents is highly desirable.
• Oil & Gas domain experience in Refining, Commercial, Trading, Logistics or Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and architecture documentation skills.

You’ll work across SAP, modern cloud data platforms, integration, governance, analytics, and AI/GenAI, designing scalable and governed data solutions that support critical business operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Enterprise Data Architecture & Data Modeling experience
• 5+ years working with SAP environments and strong non-SAP architecture experience
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, APIs, integration architecture, data governance & MDM
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and AI agents is highly desirable
• Oil & Gas domain experience, particularly Refining, Commercial, Trading, Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations (Preferred).
