Job summary
AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a leader to drive the enterprise data & analytics program across a decentralized organization. You will own the strategy, platform architecture (lakehouse), and data governance, partnering with ERP, Finance, and IT leadership to enable AI enablement and KPI standardization.
You will report to the CIO and lead a federated, high-impact team, delivering measurable value through standardized KPIs and enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms in complex, decentralized orgs.
- Leadership experience with ERP-adjacent analytics (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Ability to establish enterprise data governance and KPI standards across autonomous BUs.
- Strong executive communication skills, including board and CEO level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive AMETEK’s data & analytics strategy across ERP consolidations.
- Lead platform and architecture decisions (lakehouse, data ingestion, semantic models).
- Govern data standards, KPI definitions, taxonomies, and data quality controls.
- Oversee delivery of enterprise analytics assets with measurable ROI.
- Build a federated analytics organization and scalable internal model.
