Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale modernization across AWS and Databricks, engaging CXO-level stakeholders to define future-state architectures. You will drive architecture governance and mentor global teams, shaping data lake, lakehouse, and data warehouse ecosystems.

The role requires deep domain expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years IT experience with 10+ years in Enterprise Data & Analytics Architecture
• Deep expertise in AWS Cloud services and Databricks
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms, governance, and modernization
• Strong CXO-level stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
• Excellent consulting, advisory, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data & Analytics architecture engagements with AWS and Databricks
• Define target-state architecture, modernization roadmaps, and migration strategies
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders through architecture workshops and sessions
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture across data lakes, lakehouses, DW/analytics ecosystems
• Set enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and governance frameworks
• Lead architecture governance and mentor global engineering teams
• Drive cloud modernization through legacy-to-AWS migrations
• Evaluate emerging tech and propose data/AI solution innovations
• Support proposal development, estimations, and executive discussions
