Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Data and AI Product Manager who will define product visions and guide the creation of scalable enterprise data, analytics and AI-powered products. You will partner with business and technical teams to democratize access, accelerate AI-enabled workflows, and drive data-driven decision making across Hyatt’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, CS, Engineering Management or related).
• 3+ years guiding the strategy and lifecycle of data and AI products.
• 2+ years product experience with search, knowledge management, content discovery, or related products.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and data governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and direction for Hyatt's Data and AI Products aligned with business priorities.
• Lead product discovery, planning, scoping, and prioritization for corporate and on-property colleagues.
• Develop understanding of user personas, search behaviors, and end-to-end journeys through research and usage data.
• Gather requirements, define features, write specs, manage backlog, and ship products quickly.
• Define and prioritize data-source onboarding roadmap based on value, ownership, governance and access.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, and alerts are built into roadmap and engineering requirements.
• Ensure AI requirements follow policies, security, privacy, RBAC, and responsible AI principles.
• Define and ensure products meet business SLAs.
• Understand current data/AI pipelines and shape future workflows within Hyatt's platforms.
• Represent the team to partners and senior leaders to align resources and priorities.
• Promote enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI products.
• Educate teams on data/AI products and use cases.
• Demonstrate commitment to Hyatt core values.
