Job summary

Sygnia is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join our Enterprise Security team in the United States. This role focuses on helping organizations assess, strengthen, and mature cybersecurity programs through proactive security assessments and strategic advisory engagements.

You will evaluate enterprise environments, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in one or more technical disciplines.
• Experience with OT/ICS security assessments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~20% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' security posture, architecture, configurations, and controls to identify risks and gaps.
• Lead proactive security assessments, architecture reviews, and maturity evaluations.
• Develop actionable reports and present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Provide risk-based recommendations to strengthen security programs.
• Support incident response engagements and post-incident improvements as needed (~20%).
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and technical specialists to ensure successful delivery.
