Job summary

Tampa Electric Company is seeking an Enterprise Cyber Security Solution Architect to design, mature, and govern enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions. You will leadership across IAM/IGA, PAM, DLP, application security, PKI, and other cross-tower capabilities, partnering with engineering teams, system integrators, and MSS for execution and operations.

The role focuses on architecture, integration, and governance rather than hands-on implementation, with a hybrid in-office/remote work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or engineering.
8+ years of cybersecurity or IT experience with enterprise architecture exposure.
Expertise across IAM/IGA, PAM, DLP, Application Security, and PKI.
Strong communication, documentation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Define IAM/IGA reference architectures and roadmaps aligned with Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
Lead PAM maturity roadmap and enterprise rollout, including MSS transitions.
Architect DLP patterns and align with IAM, CA, and data governance requirements.
Define secure application reference architectures and integrate security into the SDLC.
Govern PKI standards and certificate lifecycle management.
Contribute to cyber defense governance and security standards across the enterprise.
