Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC seeks a Senior Director of Cyber Security to lead enterprise-wide security strategy, strengthen operations, and protect systems, data, and customers across regulated environments.

You will partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and leadership to advance risk-based programs and improve control maturity in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of cyber security experience in regulated environments (healthcare/life sciences).
• 5+ years leading cyber security teams or programs.
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity principles.
• Experience defining enterprise cyber security strategy, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Experience with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cyber security strategy, roadmap, and operating model to reduce enterprise risk.
• Lead programs across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security engineering.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to embed security requirements into products and processes.
• Oversee monitoring, escalation, investigation, and response for security incidents.
• Improve security controls, policies, and metrics aligned to internal and external frameworks.
• Develop and lead a high-performing cyber security team and communicate risk to executives.
