Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience in traditional finance, banking, data analytics, or fintech.
• Proven track record selling licensed data, analytics, or compliance solutions to traditional banks, asset managers, or large regulated financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems (Layer 1/Layer 2, DeFi, custody, and market infrastructure).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to articulate technical value to executives, engineers, and compliance professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to close consultative, multi-stakeholder sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-stakes clients across traditional banks, asset managers, financial institutions, and institutional service providers.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Translate complex data offerings into clear, actionable value propositions for crypto-native and institutional audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to design statements of work, proofs-of-concept, and intelligence solutions addressing client needs.
• Create and grow a robust pipeline of new business.
