Job summary

The Illinois Tollway is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to oversee the Enterprise Process Framework for Business Continuity and support crisis management initiatives. This role advances enterprise resiliency and governance across projects, with emphasis on planning, testing, and training.

Under the Board and Executive Staff, you will lead BIA efforts, document complex workflows, and ensure timely updates to project plans and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business continuity plans and oversee testing and recovery efforts.
• Guide operating strategies to keep business operations running within recovery times.
• Conduct Business Impact Assessments to identify critical functions and services.
• Evaluate risks of business interruption and document requirements for technical solutions.
