The Illinois Tollway is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to oversee the Enterprise Process Framework for Business Continuity and support crisis management initiatives. This role advances enterprise resiliency and governance across projects, with emphasis on planning, testing, and training.

In support of this vision, the Business Continuity Manager oversees the Enterprise Process Framework for Business Continuity, supporting the organization’s mission to maintain an effective enterprise-wide business continuity program. This role is essential in advancing key initiatives, including enterprise-wide resiliency, Enterprise Crisis Management, and the broader Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Emergency Management, or related field from a four-year accredited college.
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certificate, or similar BCP certification.
