Centers Health Care in White Plains, NY seeks a Chief Medical Officer to lead enterprise clinical governance, physician strategy, resident safety, and quality across a growing skilled nursing portfolio. The CMO will initially oversee four facilities before expanding to a 40-facility enterprise while preserving the statutory responsibilities of each facility Medical Director and Governing Body.

Qualificações

• MD/DO with unrestricted NY license.
• Board Certified; CMD preferred.
• Executive multi-site SNF leadership experience.
• Expertise in CMS, NY regulations, QAPI and value-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise clinical strategy and governance across facilities.
• Standardize evidence-based care and clinical policies.
• Oversee physician recruitment, credentialing, privileging, peer review and succession.
• Lead QAPI, infection prevention, resident safety and emergency preparedness.
• Improve quality, survey readiness and value-based performance.
• Represent the organization with hospitals, payers and regulators.
