Job summary

Holliswood Center is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to guide enterprise clinical governance, physician strategy, resident safety, and quality across a growing skilled nursing portfolio. The CMO will report to the CEO and initially oversee four facilities, expanding to a 40-facility enterprise while maintaining site Medical Directors and governance structures.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted NY license.
• Board Certified; CMD preferred.
• Executive multi-site SNF leadership.
• Expertise in CMS, NY regulations, QAPI and value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise clinical strategy.
• Standardize evidence-based care.
• Oversee physician recruitment, credentialing, privileging, peer review and succession.
• Lead QAPI, infection prevention, resident safety and emergency preparedness.
• Improve quality, survey readiness and value-based performance.
• Represent the organization with hospitals, payers and regulators.
