Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Global Solutions Architect to design and advocate cloud solutions for a large enterprise portfolio. You will engage with senior leaders and cloud architects to build scalable, resilient architectures that deliver measurable business value.

You will travel up to 25% domestically and occasionally internationally, contributing to the adoption of AWS services and best practices while mentoring peers and contributing to technical content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced cloud-based solutions and architectures for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Interface with senior executives and cloud architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
