Job summary

enGen seeks a Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise cloud platforms, databases, and services. You will blend platform engineering with automation and security to deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate across teams to define requirements, design architectures, and implement robust platforms while maintaining governance and security standards. A strong background in Oracle environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• Experience in IT disciplines and system design.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in designing business processes and enabling technologies.
• Specify and design large/complex systems, select design standards, and ensure effective implementation.
• Identify and lead significant improvement programs; communicate requirements across teams.
