Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an Enterprise Client Success professional for our Enterprise Delivery team. The role serves as the local liaison between Staffmark Group and national account clients, aligning strategic goals with day-to-day operations to ensure service delivery and workforce compliance.

The position drives client satisfaction by maintaining relationships, supporting on-site leadership, and collaborating with recruiting to deliver qualified talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to forecast staffing needs and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through on-site visits.
  • Participate in forecasting meetings to identify staffing needs.
  • Identify and share sales leads from candidate pool with sales team.
  • Partner with recruiting to meet client headcount requirements.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and retention; take corrective actions.
  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues before they affect clients.

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Enterprise Client Successfor ourEnterprise Delivery team, and our ideal candidatewill possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary local-level liaison between Staffmark Group and assigned national account clients. This role bridges the strategic goals of the national account relationship with the day-to-day operational excellence required at the local market level. Client Success ensures consistent service delivery, workforce compliance, and high-quality experience for both the client and placed associates.

Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular on-site visits, proactive communication, and responsive issue resolution.
  • Participates in forecasting meetings and discussions with clients to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Works to identify and gather sales leads from candidate pool to share with sales team.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery against client headcount requirements.
  • Monitor Talent attendance, performance, and retention; implement corrective actions in alignment with client and company standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues before they impact client satisfaction.
  • Escalate systemic or complex issues to the National Account Manager with supporting data and recommended solutions.
  • Conduct on-site orientations, safety walk-throughs, and check-ins to support associate engagement and reduce attrition.
