Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License.
• 8+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel; expert fluency in self-funding, captives and alternative funding strategies.
• Market-facing SME with deep industry insight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highly complex enterprise-level book of business with high revenue and complex funding models.
• Advise key client stakeholders through the client lifecycle process.
• Drive business development and prospect strategy in Employee Benefits.
• Maintain networking with carriers and clients.
• Shape market- and enterprise-level benefits strategy.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff to support growth.
