Responsibilities
- Oversee critical, enterprise-wide book of business with broad strategic impact.
- Shape the overall client relationship and lifecycle strategy.
- Build networks with carriers and direct report clients.
- Own strategic outcomes for high-stakes initiatives with measurable value.
- Direct department development and mentor across functions, including senior leaders.
- Serve as a recognized authority shaping long-term organizational strategy.
