Job summary

Zurn is seeking a senior Enterprise Claude Consultant/Architect to lead the enterprise adoption and production deployment of Anthropic Claude across multiple teams. The role focuses on designing and deploying Claude agents, skills, workflows, and secure connectors, with governance, security, and risk controls at the core.

The candidate will bridge business and technical stakeholders, guide Claude development, testing, and optimization, and help transition initiatives from POC to production-ready

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment.
• Experience developing Claude agents, skills, workflows, or similar reusable AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI integrations and secure connectors.
• Experience with AI governance, security, permissioning, access controls, and guardrails.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption and scaling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic consultant and hands-on technical contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise rollout of Anthropic Claude across business and technical teams.
• Design and deploy Claude agents, skills, workflows, and reusable AI capabilities.
• Build secure connectors between Claude and internal data sources, applications, and enterprise tools.
• Establish governance for sharing agents, skills, prompts, workflows, and connectors across teams.
• Define permissions, access controls, guardrails, versioning, and risk controls for enterprise AI.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize Claude use cases.
• Provide guidance on Claude development, prompt and workflow design, testing, evaluation, and optimization.
• Help teams transition AI initiatives from POC/pilot to secure, production-ready enterprise solutions.
